All Just True Arts products are handmade and carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing time: 2–3 business days.

Standard shipping: Usually 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: Usually 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking information may take a short time to update while the parcel is transferred between international carriers.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
